Be it low priced through Speedaf/G4S services,  especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight/transport  forwarders. Delivery Options Policy

 Delivery Areas

We deliver to a wide range of locations across Nairobi and its surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our customer service team at sales@gucca.co.ke for assistance.

Delivery Times

– Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery timeframe is within [ 2-7 business days] from the date of order confirmation.
– Express Delivery: For those who need their items sooner, we offer express delivery services, with an estimated delivery timeframe of [ 1-2 business days]. Additional charges may apply for express delivery.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary based on the delivery location and the total value of your order. You will be notified of any applicable delivery fees at checkout. Orders over [ KSh 50,000] may qualify for free delivery within specified areas.

 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

Delivery Process

2. Preparation: Our team will prepare your order for dispatch.
3. Dispatch Notification: You will receive a notification when your order is on its way, along with tracking details.
4. Delivery: Our delivery partner will deliver your order to the address provided during checkout.

 Delivery Conditions

– Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.
– Someone must be present at the delivery location to receive the package. If no one is available, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you to reschedule the delivery.
– In case of repeated delivery attempts without success, we may have to charge an additional fee for redelivery.
